Health insurance, FSA/HSA, motor vehicle accidents, and workers compensation claims accepted
In-Network with Pacific Source, Regence/Anthem/BCBS, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare
Superbills provided upon request for out-of-network plans

If lab work would meaningfully inform your care, Lindsey will talk through your options before anything is ordered. Testing is priced separately from your session fee.
